I loved that just a short walk from the hotel led me to the City Garden where I could take in the beautiful greenery, and I was only about 10 minutes away from the bustling Vitosha Boulevard, perfect for strolling around or grabbing a bite to eat at local restaurants.

lake ariana is near the hotel. room was big as expected. just a short distance to national palace of culture.

Pleasant staff in the hotel, helpful services. It is 1 mile from the touristic places like Vasil Levski National Stadium. Can be described as a good experience, do recommend.

Nothing that i didn't like!

Efficient airport transfers were appreciated .

The air conditioning did not work properly in my room. The staff were unhelpful when I raised my concerns, and it took far too long to resolve the issue. I also noticed a lack of cleanliness, as my room was not properly serviced , leading to a disappointing experience.

I have stayed here before and the staff are always really excellent. Very helpful. The location us alps wonderfully central. I will be back again.

Good intentions, flawed execution

The breakfast buffet was superb! The location is excellent, just blocks away from public transportation and major attractions. The friendly atmosphere among travelers is a good bonus.

Unfortunately, I encountered issues with cleanliness standards, as dust and uncleaned areas detracted from my stay. The furniture seemed outdated, impacting overall comfort.

The staff is brilliant, couldn't fault a single one, very friendly and eager to help, well done.

The perfect hotel - not too large, attractive foyer, modern bar with character.

Convenient Stay with Room for Improvement

Enjoyed my time here! The staff was friendly and the large rooms provided comfort. Breakfast had a great variety. Be prepared for some noise in the morning due to short curtains. Make sure to mention the receipt with taxi drivers for hassle-free rides.

It was a real pleasure to stay here. Especially the friendliness of all staff made me feel very much at home.

I had a lovely experience here, especially enjoying the cozy lobby with its beautiful stained glass ceiling and the delicious breakfast spread every morning. The relaxation options were great with a chill leisure room and a nice sun terrace to kick back. One tiny downside was having to order breakfast instead of a buffet, but overall it was a fantastic stay 😊

Best location, excellent service, rich and tasty breakfast. The rooms are comfortable and spacious with great design! Definitely will recommend the hotel and visit it again!

The size of the room far exceeded our expectations. It was clean and the staff and breakfast were excellent. I would recommend this hotel without hesitation to anyone travelling to Sofia. Would definitely stay again.
